ANR Awards

Each year the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources seeks nominations for individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the university, community, state and nation.

Please consider submitting a nomination for a leader for the CANR Distinguished Service Award or one of the CANR Alumni Association Awards. Award candidates may be nominated by departments, administrators, CANR alumni board members, faculty, alumni and industry stakeholders. 

Nominations are due Oct. 31, 2023.

Nomination packets may be submitted online or download a form to submit by mail to Faith Brooks-Mason, 446 West Circle Drive, Room 319, East Lansing, MI 48824.

Nominations will be held for a three-year period and nominators may update the previous year’s nomination packet if they wish. Candidates may also be resubmitted at a later date, if not selected for the award during the three-year period.

The college may also nominate the winners of the CANR Honorary Alumni Award, Alumni Service Award, Outstanding Alumni Award, and the Outstanding Up and Coming Alumni Award (formerly Young Alumni Award) for consideration for awards administrated by the MSU Alumni Office which are awarded during the fall semester each year.
