Undergraduate Scholarship Opportunities
Thanks to the generous support of our donors, the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) has numerous scholarships available for current students of all three undergraduate majors: Dietetics, Food Science, and Nutritional Sciences. Newly admitted students are eligible for a variety of scholarships for their first year through the Michigan State University admissions process.
FSHN scholarship opportunities for current students are available through an annual application process conducted during late fall-to-early spring semester. Awards are distributed the following academic year. Applicants must be current students in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition.
Apply for 2024-2025 FSHN Scholarships
The 2024-2025 FSHN Scholarship application is open now! Applicants must be current FSHN students. Applicants only need to complete one application to be considered of all available department scholarships. Scholarship recipients will be notified of awards in February.
See the list of all Scholarship Opportunities for information about available department scholarships. Questions about the scholarship process can be sent to FSHNsch@msu.edu.
