  • Sustainable Fisheries and Aquaculture

Michigan Sea Grant supports the Great Lakes fisheries through teaching about the connection we have to the Lakes; through research that directly or indirectly has an impact on the fisheries; and through outreach to communities.

  • Enhancing Environmental Literacy

Michigan Sea Grant is a leader in Great Lakes literacy and science education, helping to create a network of educators, students, and informed citizens who share their knowledge of and commitment to Great Lakes stewardship with others.
