PFAS Investigation, Assessment and Remediation

Barr Engineering has provided its clients with services related to PFAS investigation, assessment, and remediation for over 18 years, and has experience assessing and remediating PFAS impacts in various media. This webinar included a brief overview of Barr’s PFAS-related experience; a summary of select PFAS projects Barr has recently completed which include multimedia fate and transport modeling, wastewater treatment targeting short chain PFAS in a complex matrices, and modeling granular activated carbon performance of short chain PFAS adsorption; and a discussion of where Barr sees opportunities for research to help advance the field of PFAS evaluation and remediation.
