STAAARS+ Program Schedule
Due to COVID-19, all STAAARS+ activities in 2020 will be held virtually. This section describes the group activities that will take place over the course of the program. If travel restrictions ease in 2021, we will consider in-person programming for any/all relevant activities, but we are preparing to deliver all activities virtually at this time.
Group STAAARS+ activities are broken into three blocks:
- Virtual Launch Sessions (described in this document)
- Trainings
- Seminars
Virtual Launch Sessions take place with STAAARS+ Teams and their mentors, while the Trainings and Seminars are held jointly with STAARS Fellows. Trainings and Seminars are described in a separate document. These blocks are overlapping in time and all training timing is organized based on the estimated timing of teams’ needs during the research process. The timing for group events in the table below is approximate. Please refer to calendar invites for the most accurate timing.
