AI Simplified is a self-paced course that introduces the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and its practical applications in the workplace. Participants will explore key AI concepts, MSU guidance for responsible AI use, basic prompt engineering techniques, and strategies for improving productivity while supporting sustainability goals. The course also provides an overview of MSU-approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, NotebookLM, and Zoom AI Companion.
