Youth participants will paddle from Bellaire to Intermediate Lake and back, swim on the natural sandbar, and visit "The Island." The goal of this program is for youth participants to learn water safety, paddle techniques, navigation, and receive an introduction to stewardship.

  • Paddle from Bellaire to Intermediate Lake and back.
  • Swim on the natural sandbar/Visit the “Island”
  • Bring own snacks/drinks/sunscreen
  • Arrive at 11:30am
  • Length of trip is roughly 3 hours.

This is a FREE Event.  Registration is open to youth in Antrim, Otsego, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, and Charlevoix counties.
