The 2025 IPS is a continuation of 31 successful US and international symposia since 1989. The goal of the symposium is to bring together inverse problems researchers to exchange recent methods, ideas, and results. Because inverse problems cover many individual majors with a plethora of applications, it is important to have regular sharing of recent developments.
Papers are solicited from all areas involving inverse methods and their applications. Presentations of practical application are strongly encouraged. The meeting is organized in a single-session format to intentionally foster cross-disciplinary interaction. We hope to bring together researchers from across the world to discuss inverse problem applications, theoretical aspects, and technical findings.
Abstracts
Submit an abstract to present a poster or an oral presentation during the symposium. There will be a Student Poster Competition during the poster session on Monday, and the top three posters will receive rewards.
Paper and oral presentation abstracts are due by midnight on April 27. Papers and oral presentations should discuss inverse methods and their applications. A limited number of oral abstracts will be accepted based on the agenda availability, and the numbers of posters accepted will be based on space for posters in the facility.

Registration includes the entire symposium, continental breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and a poster session and reception followed by a banquet dinner on Monday.
