Hey MSU Community! The CANR Office of Culture, Access and Belonging invites the community to attend the Building a Psychologically Safe Workplace with Jon Novello.
This interactive session explores psychological safety and its role in creating healthy, effective teams. Participants will reflect on their own workplace experiences, learn how interpersonal risk-taking shapes team dynamics, and identify practical strategies to foster trust, openness, and accountability. The session also highlights how psychological safety connects to trauma-informed and inclusive practices, offering actionable tools for strengthening communication and collaboration across teams.
