What is the difference between saturated, unsaturated, and trans fats? How do you decrease your salt and/or sugar intake?

 

Many of us take in too much fat, salt, and sugar throughout our daily meals, which can lead to many health issues. In this class, you will learn tips and tricks to recognize these ingredients on food labels, how to cook healthier, and decrease your intake of fat, salt, and sugar throughout your day.
