The Guidance for the Food Handler and Management of Halal Food training is for food handlers and educators with responsibilities related to nutrition and food. Participants will increase their knowledge and confidence in how to properly handle halal food for consumers requiring a halal diet and will be able to incorporate with relevant food safety knowledge.
This halal food training is to complement the Accredited Food Handler Training Certificate Programs.
While there is no cost for this training, registration is required.
