Michigan Youth Livestock Judging Camp
June 16-17, 2026
This overnight camp experience is for youth ages 12-19 (as of January 1, 2026) who are interested in taking a deep dive into livestock judging and sharpening their judging skills!
Co-hosted by Michigan 4-H and the MSU Collegiate Livestock Judging Team, this camp will take place on the campus of Michigan State University on June 16 & 17. Activities will include reasons training from current MSU team members, numerous practice classes, one-on-one coaching in swine, small ruminants, and cattle, and a mock contest.
During the mock contest on Wednesday, coaches of county 4-H and FFA teams are welcome to join us for a coaches training session at no cost. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
