Speaker: Kristine Haugaard, Engineer at Blue Origin

Location: PKG Room 120 - The seminar will be held in person, with a Teams option available only for off-campus participants
 
Her career has been - 
  • McDonnell Douglas (Long Beach, CA) – ~ 10 years – packaging airplane parts – mostly commercial and some military
    • (I left McDonnell Douglas for a year - Compaq Computers- and then went back to CA and it had become Boeing)
  • Boeing (Huntington Beach, CA) – 13 years – packaging Space products – launch vehicles – mostly Delta IV
    • Huntington Beach is where the ISS (International Space Station) was developed and where the Orbiter work ended up
  • United Launch Alliance (Decatur, AL) -  11 years - packaging rocket/launch vehicle parts and assemblies – Delta IV, Delta II, Atlas V
  • Blue Origin (Huntsville, AL) – 3 years – now; packaging rocket/launch vehicle parts – New Shepard, New Glenn
