Red Leg Farms currently has about 40 head of mostly, Scottish Highland cattle and a flock of around 60Katahdin haired sheep within 108 total acres. Livestock are on pasture year-round and grass fed using holistic management practices and managed grazing. Finished animals are direct marketed as 100%grass fed and sold to customers by the 1/2 or whole.
