As a farm business grows, so does its need for infrastructure, management, and employees. Heather & Chad of Green Wagon Farm will share their successful strategies for scaling vegetable production alongside defining employee roles and positions, and how they work together. They will also speak to how creating a healthy workplace fosters employee well-being and retention, as well as sustainability for the business as a whole.
