In this program, you’ll learn:

- Sleep Tips: Discover how to sleep better, including ways to reduce pain and create a cozy sleep space.
The program has 16 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. Every session will include:
- Tai Chi warm-ups
- Tai Chi lessons
- Tai Chi cool-downs
- Helpful sleep education to improve your nights
