This session creates space to step back from the day-to-day and reconnect with what matters most. Participants reflect on their personal values, identify the ones that are most central to who they are, and explore how those values show up in their leadership and decision-making. Through guided activities and dialogue, individuals clarify what it looks like to live and lead in alignment — and how to recognize when they are not.
The session also explores how values shape relationships and teams, creating an opportunity to better understand differences, build shared understanding, and consider how organizational values can be lived in practice.
