Job Overview:
The Landscape Technician will be responsible for implementing landscape designs, maintaining outdoor spaces, and ensuring the health and visual appeal of various landscapes. This role requires collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality services that align with the company’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the installation of landscape features, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and constructing hardscapes such as walkways and retaining walls.
· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, mulching, fertilizing, and pruning to uphold the health and appearance of landscapes.
· Install, inspect, and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and plant health.
· Identify and treat pest infestations and plant diseases using appropriate methods to maintain landscape vitality.
· Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
· Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
Experience:
· Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required.
Skills and Attributes:

· Keen eye for detail to ensure the quality and aesthetics of landscapes.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
· This position involves outdoor work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and precipitation. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle landscaping equipment safely.
· Valid driver’s license is preferred.
