Landscape Maintenance and Snow Account Manager                 

Job description:

Kloosterman Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Maintenance and Snow Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager you will be the main contact for all maintenance and snow customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with those clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with them.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with all Maintenance and Snow accounts.
- Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Field requests from current customers and respond in a timely fashion
- Provide contract renewals for all existing customers.
- Use LMN software to put together estimates and to track crews and services. Experience with the platform is preferred.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure all details are communicated to the crew.

- Willing and able to perform field tasks when there is down time or crews are behind.

- Provide service updates to customers on a regular basis.
- Perform site visits to check on quality of work and look for upsells.

- Perform small jobs for customers as needed.

- Be part of the snow management team in the winter months and assist with decision making and crew coordination.

 

General Skills : Communication - Able to relate and converse with customers Promptness - Respond to customer and crew issues right away and provide solutions. Professionalism - Carry yourself in a professional manner both in appearance and conduct. Landscape Management - General knowledge of landscape maintenance and what expectations are. Be able to identify landscape problems and propose solutions to customers and crews.  Plant ID and general landscape install and maintenance capabilities. Business Management - Good organizational skills and ability to work with a team of people. Skilled in Microsoft office. Able to learn the company software program with some training.

Qualifications: Valid driver's license with clean record. MDOT medical card or ability to obtain. Landscape/Lawn/Snow experience. Landscape Troubleshooting capability. Customer service experience.
