Pay rate: $18 to $23 / hour

Job Overview:

The Landscape Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance, health, and functionality of residential and commercial landscapes. This role focuses on detailed landscape care, seasonal services, and property upkeep while delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, trimming, mulching, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups

· Maintain planting beds, shrubs, perennials, and ornamental trees

· Identify and report plant health concerns, drainage issues, or irrigation problems

· Assist with plant replacements and small enhancement projects as needed

· Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently

· Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

· Follow assigned schedules and work collaboratively with crew members

Experience:

· Landscape maintenance or horticulture experience preferred

· This position involves outdoor work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and precipitation. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle landscaping equipment safely.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

· Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

· Valid driver’s license preferred
