Nursery Manager (Seasonal)
We’re a family-owned retail nursery looking for a hands-on Nursery
Manager who loves plants, enjoys helping customers, and is
comfortable jumping in wherever needed. This role helps keep the
nursery running smoothly by supporting plant care, staff, and daily
operations. We grow over 500 varieties of perennials, shrubs, & trees.

What You’ll Do
● Oversee daily plant care (watering, spacing, pruning, potting,
and pest monitoring)
● Help maintain healthy, sale-ready plants and organize nursery
areas
● Assist customers with plant selection and gardening advice
● Help guide and support nursery staff and seasonal employees
● Keep the nursery looking clean, organized, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
● Experience working at a nursery, garden center, or in
horticulture
● Good plant knowledge and a willingness to keep learning
● Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with customers
● Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
● Team player who enjoys working in a small business
environment
Schedule
● Full-time seasonal
● Weekend availability
Pay & Benefits
● $20 per hour or higher, negotiable based on experience

● Flexible scheduling. Guaranteed 35-40 hours per week.
