Newly created position. Wonderful family with beautiful landscaping and garden is seeking an experienced gardener who will maintain the grounds and exterior of their property. Responsibilities will include mowing the lawn weekly, edging, caring for all perennials, planting annuals, leaf clean up in fall, monitoring gutters and exterior of the residence. The family also has a lake property in the area which requires attention about two hours/week. At times, additional help may be brought in to assist. Schedule will be part-time and vary based on the condition of the grounds/garden, season, weather, and events taking place at the residence, etc.. Someone who spends the winter out of state would be considered. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about their work and will care for these grounds as if they were their own. Must be knowledgeable about planting, perennials and have the ability to assess conditions of the property and flowers and be able to research information when needed.
