Job Title:                           Soil Testing Operation Manager and Warehouse Assistant

Job Description:             

This position reports directly to owner. Countrywide Agricultural Services is committed to an employee-orientated, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and development of a superior workforce.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage soil testing operation throughout the soil test season
  • Pull soil samples with ATV
  • Organize and build soil testing books
  • Delivery of seed to customers throughout the year
  • Assist Warehouse management of seed inventory and organization
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Field assessments with Drone
  • General Office administration

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelAble to use computers and I pads
  • CDL license or able to get one (Class A) (Combination Automatic, no air brakes)
  • Pesticide Application license or able to get one (Seed Treatment Classification)
  • Effective oral and written management communication skills
