Vineyard & Cellar Worker

Youngblood Vineyard | Ray, Michigan (Metro Detroit)

Youngblood Vineyard is seeking a motivated and dependable full-time Vineyard & Cellar Worker to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both commercial grape production and winery operations while working with state-of-the-art farming and production equipment.

Whether you have agricultural experience or are looking to build a career in the wine industry, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

· Assist with vineyard operations including pruning, training, mowing, spraying, planting, harvesting, and general maintenance of a 25-acre vineyard

· Assist with winery and cellar operations including sanitation, bottling, packaging, inventory management, and production activities

· Operate and maintain vineyard and winery equipment

· Support seasonal projects and harvest activities

· Work collaboratively with the production team to maintain high-quality standards

Qualifications

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Ability to lift 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors

· Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

· Agricultural, farming, landscaping, equipment operation, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

· Full-time position (40+ hours per week)

· Primarily Monday through Friday

· Additional hours, weekends, and flexible scheduling may be required during harvest season

· Starting pay $40,000 - $60,000 annual salary depending on experience
