Dr. Medina Meza's paper, The Role of Cholesterol Oxidation Products in Food Toxicity, is highlighted in the International Life Sciences Institute's (ILSI) "Food Safety Brief June 2018". The ILSI is a public, non-profit, scientific, foundation that advances the understanding and application of science related to the nutritional quality and safety of the food supply. Congratulations Dr. Medina Meza!
