Farm Accounting Software Options workshop

Choosing farm accounting software can be challenging in this financial landscape. At this free hands-on workshop, learn about the features of popular software packages and try using the software yourself.

Whether you are managing a small family farm or a large-scale agribusiness, the right accounting software package can streamline your operations, improve decision-making, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

If you are curious if one of these software packages would work for you, plan to attend the Farm Accounting Software Options Workshop on November 18 at AgroLiquid in St Johns, hosted by MSU Extension Farm Business Management Educators Corey Clark and Cheri Burk.

We will compare three common software packages: QuickBooks Online, PC Mars and EasyFarm. The workshop will begin by talking about how to decide what software might work best for your operation. Then, you will get hands-on time with the software using provided laptops and sample farm data. You will be able to explore the capabilities of each software package, how to enter common transactions, and track the performance of livestock and crop enterprises.

Two identical sessions are available in order to reach farmers who may have daytime commitments.
