Good receives fly fishing fellowship

Doctoral student Molly Good has been awarded the Red Cedar Fly Fishers Graduate Fellowship to assist in her research on the connection between law enforcement and fisheries resource management.
The $1,000 scholarship comes from the non-profit organization established as a local extension of the Federation of Fly Fishers. Members are committed to the stewardship of our fisheries resources and to educating their members and the general public about these resources and the sport of fly fishing.
Good, who is the Taylor and Regier Great Lakes Fisheries Fellow, serves as the MSU Fly Gals coordinator, an all-female fly fishing workshop on the Au Sable River in northern Michigan that introduces natural resource users to the art and sport of fly fishing.
She studies with William Taylor, University Distinguished Professor in Global Fisheries Systems.
