Hop scouting pocket guide now available in Spanish
This guide can help Spanish-speakers optimize hop scouting in the field.
A popular publication, “Hop scouting pocket guide for the U.S. Upper Midwest and Northeast, and Eastern Canada” has been translated into Spanish and is available for download under the title “Exploración del lúpulo Guía de bolsillo para la región superior del Medio Oeste y el Noreste de Estados Unidos y del Este de Canadá.”
The guide contains a scouting calendar, growth stage guide, pest descriptions and information on beneficial insects that Michigan growers are likely to see. Hard copies of the English version, Michigan State University Extension bulletin E3348, are also available at the MSU Extension Bookstore.
