Registration now open for the 2024 Integrated Crop and Pest Update

Join the Michigan State University Extension field crops team in person or virtually Dec. 17, 2024, for the Integrated Crop and Pest Management Update. Historically hosted at the Livestock Pavilion on the Michigan State University (MSU) campus, this meeting is making the move to the STEM Teaching and Learning Facility in East Lansing, Michigan.
As always, all participants will receive an updated copy of the MSU Weed Control Guide for Field Crops for 2025. The agenda features some familiar names along with some new members of the MSU team, including MSU Plant and Pest Diagnostics’s new insect diagnostician Sarah Hughson and MSU Extension’s new conservation systems agronomy educator Rich Price. Eric Anderson will be giving his first On-Farm Soybean Research Program Update in his first year as soybean educator.

Credits
The following credits will be made available to those who attend the entire meeting:
- 5 Michigan pesticide recertification (RUP) credits
- 5 continuing education units (CEUs) for certified crop advisers
- 1 MAEAP Phase I credit
Registration for the in-person meeting is $75 per person when pre-registering or $85 per person when registering onsite. Registration for the virtual option is $45 per person. The in-person meeting will include breakfast, a hot lunch and snacks. Registrants for the virtual option will receive information on how to join via Zoom.
