Remote sensing and drone technology update on March 21

This workshop will address how to utilize advanced remote sensing technologies to simplify farm operations and improve economic returns.

Remote Sensing Technologies LLC and Michigan State University Extension have collaborated to offer a remote sensing and drone technology update workshop from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on March 21, 2019, at the Eaton County MSU Extension office, 551 Courthouse Drive Suite One, Charlotte, MI 48813. This event will include an update on drone hardware and software systems, advanced sensors, preliminary spectral reflectance research and a panel discussion. The purpose is to utilize advanced remote sensing technologies to simplify farm operations and improve the bottom line. Several speakers including Kevin Price of TMI Solutions, George Silva of MSU Extension and Ray David of Remote Sensing Technologies will address the event.
