Requesting Event Activation
How to request event activation from the Events Management System and what to expect next.
When you are done creating and editing your event, you can request activation from the Events Management System. Event activation is the process where a staff member from ANR Event Services reviews your event to make sure it meets all the necessary requirements and standards. ANR Event Services may contact you regarding questions, inconsistencies, edits, or concerns about your event; a response can be expected within 3-5 business days after submission. Once the event has passed the review stage, ANR Event Services will email you confirmation of your event activation and include the live public URL to your registration site.
Use the steps below to request activation.
- From the event dashboard, select "Configure Event".
- On the Event Summary tab, click "Request Activation", located about halfway down the page.
- An email will open and automatically populate your event information, including the event title, event ID number and event dates. You can attach a budget or provide additional important details about your event in this email.
- Send the email. ANR Event Services will reply within 3-5 business days.
