Office of Culture, Access and Belonging

Dr. Antomia Farrell comes to CANR from the University of Kentucky, where she served as the Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. While in this role, she successfully led the development of a five-year plan focused on DEI and accessibility for the college, which included the Cooperative Extension Service, serving 120 counties.

Farrell reports directly to Dean Matthew Daum as the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Culture, Access and Belonging. 

Additionally, Farrell is an ex-officio member of the CANR CAB Committee.
