Ghaida Batarseh Havern
Ghaida Batarseh Havern is a Maternal Infant Health Educator with Michigan State University Extension. In her role, Ghaida supports public health efforts to promote breastfeeding, nutrition, and well-being among mothers and infants across Michigan.
Previously, she served as a Food Safety Educator for Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties. Ghaida earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Oakland University and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Wayne State University. She is bilingual in Arabic and English.
