Background and Research Interests

Mirza is an international student from Bangladesh and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Food and Process Engineering from Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University and Master’s degree in Food Engineering from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Bangladesh. He is currently employed in Dr. Dolan's lab as a Research Assistant. His research will focus on “Organic dry beans (pulses) processing in recyclable retort pouches and physico-chemical quality evaluation”.
