Plant Reproductive Anatomy

Competency C1. Compare and describe agricultural plants based on properties, functions, and physiological needs.
 

Description

Lessons under this core idea would pertain to knowing about male and female parts. The functions of the different parts should be discussed, like the purpose of a flower, stamen, pistil, etc. There are different types of flowers that help to differentiate reproductive organs. Basic pollination and fertilization processes describe how the male and female parts interact with the environment to produce a fruit.
