EmailThis guide is intended to provide information and resources to assist in understanding respiratory protection program requirements, the applicable regulatory requirements, and how to select the type of protection based on inhalation hazards found in agricultural workplaces. The guide separates requirements into pesticide and non-pesticide respirator use at agricultural work sites. Some of the main differences between pesticide and non-pesticide respiratory programs are in the areas of exposure assessment, respirator selection, cartridge service life determination and record keeping.
