EmailProfessor Gorettie Nabanoga is the Principal of the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES) at Makerere University, Uganda. This video shares her journey through the BHEARD Program. Principal Nabanoga’s project was distinct: in her role leading the College, her project brought together leadership within CAES to identify an innovative way to address the question, “How might we equip students and faculty in CAES to drive innovation in teaching, research, and beyond the classroom?”
