For your Clare County 4-H Club to gain credit for the 2025-2026 4-H Year, you MUST complete the monthly form.
The forms can be filled out by the end of each month. You may go back and edit your responses as needed.
Points will be tallied at the end of the 4-H Year in August.
To avoid duplication, please elect on representative of the club to report the activity here for credit.
Notify the club leader or designated person that you earned credit for an activity or event.
