MDHHS Fall Immunization Conference will take place in person in Novi at the Novi Showcase Center.
The registration fee for conference attendees is $75 per person. Individuals will need to provide payment via credit card at the time of registration. Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable. Following your completed registration, if you are unable to attend, please reach out to Mende Kent at palme141@msu.edu.
Conference date is October 28th from 7:30 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. and October 29th from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The registration process begins on August 4th. Registration will close at 5 p.m. on October 20th. As more details become available, they will be posted on this webpage. Stay tuned!
Continuing Education - Pending Approval
We are currently in the process of securing final approval for continuing education credits for this program.
Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance is being made available for all other health care professionals who attend this conference and will be provided after the webinar.
