Do you ever find yourself wondering, “Is this really what I’m meant to be doing?” Do your days feel like a cycle of emails, meetings, and tasks with little sense of meaning behind them?
You are not alone. And more importantly, you are not stuck.
In this workshop, you will be guided through The Job Crafting™ Exercise, developed by the Center for Positive Organizations at the University of Michigan. This is a research-backed process that helps you rethink and redesign how you experience your work so it better aligns with your strengths, values, and sense of purpose.
GLLA facilitators will guide you through the official exercise in a structured and supportive environment. Rather than listening to content, you will actively engage in reflection, discussion, and application throughout the session.
During this experience, you will take a closer look at what energizes you and what drains you in your current role. You will reconnect with your strengths and core motivations, and begin to reimagine how your daily work can better reflect who you are and what matters to you. You will also create a personalized plan to make meaningful shifts in how you approach your work.
This is not a passive webinar. It is a hands-on, facilitated working session designed to help you move from feeling stuck or disconnected to feeling more intentional, energized, and aligned.
