The ServSafe® 8-hour Food Manager Training will be taught by Michigan State University Extension Food Safety Instructor.
Participants must receive a 70% score or higher on the exam to earn a 5-year certificate. Participants are required to read and study the ServSafe® textbook. Arrangements to pick up the book will be made during registration.
To reserve your seat, a $25 refundable deposit will be required, no later than Friday, February 13, 2026.
Deposits will be refunded the day of class upon completion of the course.
