Join us on Aug. 5 at 10 a.m. for a 1‑hour webinar that covers sensory and consumer science fundamentals, how to use these methods to inform product and business decisions, and how to successfully apply to MSU’s Sensory and Consumer Research Program for Michigan food entrepreneurs.
The MSU Sensory Lab, led by Dr. Emily Mayhew, has a mission to make sensory and consumer insights accessible to food and beverage entrepreneurs. For the third year, the lab will offer a low-cost ($160), student-led and faculty-guided Sensory and Consumer Research Program during the Fall semester. Participants in this program will be matched with a student team who will design and execute a consumer sensory research study for the client, culminating in a presentation and report of test results. This webinar will present the framework of the program and how to prepare your application to maximize your chance of selection and learnings from the program.
There will be an opportunity for Q&A for general questions and to guide your application development.
