College Graduate Committee

The College Graduate Committee (CGC) is charged with providing guidance on programs and issues related to the graduate programs in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR). The CGC is responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and recommending CANR graduate students for MSU Graduate School assistantship and fellowship programs.

The CGC is composed of three elected faculty members, three appointed faculty members, and one graduate student. In addition, the CGC has also has non-voting members including the Director of Academic and Student Affairs and the college faculty representative on the University Committee on Graduate Studies. For more information on the CGC, please refer to the College Bylaws section 3.3.3.2.

The committee meets irregularly to review applications for the Dissertation Completion Fellowship and the University Fellowships (UDF, UEF).
