    This series will introduces participants to the practice of mindfulness and techniques to improve the quality and quantity of their sleep.

    Walk with Ease Self-Paced Series

    October 1, 2025 – November 5, 2025

    The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease.

    The 10/21/25 & 10/22/25 Virtual Mental Health First Aid certification course is for adults 18 years and older who hope to learn how to assist other adults experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
