Connected by the clover: The launch of Michigan 4-H Alumni and Friends
Michigan 4 H Alumni and Friends is your invitation to reconnect, give back and support today’s youth across the state.
Michigan 4-H staff, volunteers and members know that 4-H is more than a program – it’s an experience that shapes who we are. From learning leadership and confidence to building lifelong friendships and skills, 4‑H leaves a lasting mark long after the final fair or meeting.
Because 4-H continues to shape who we are beyond our time as a youth members, Michigan State University Extension is excited to officially launch Michigan 4‑H Alumni and Friends, a new statewide network where individuals can stay connected, give back and continue supporting the next generation of 4-H’ers. Through Michigan 4‑H Alumni and Friends, past experiences and present support come together to create new opportunities for youth across our state.
Who can join Michigan 4-H Alumni and Friends?
This group is intentionally inclusive. You don’t need to have worn a 4‑H clover as a youth to belong. If 4‑H has been part of your life–or if you simply care about helping young people thrive–you’re welcome here. However, Michigan 4-H Alumni and Friends do need to be at least 18 years-old.
Why join Michigan 4‑H Alumni and Friends?
