Receiving Your ANR Account Password

Once you have received your MSU Net ID and been notified by the appropriate individual for your area, you will need to contact the ANR Service Desk.

Once you have your MSU NetID and have been notified by the appropriate individual for your area, the ANR Service Desk will send your account information though a FileDepot link from help@msu.edu.

If your computer is on the ANR domain, you can change the password by selecting Control+Alt+Delete and selecting Change Password.

If your computer is not on the ANR domain or you are unsure, please call the ANR Service Desk and work with a technician to change your password.
