Special Needs Reports in EMS
How to download a Special Needs Report in Events Management System.
Use a Special Needs Report to quickly download information from special text area questions in your registration form, including: special needs, accessibility, accommodations, facility, lodging, travel.
First, click "Special Needs Report" from your Event Dashboard.
Next, select which questions to include in your report. If you did not add any specific special text area questions to your registration form, you will only be able to download the MSU Accessibility report. Every event in the Events Management System collects MSU Accessibility information unless you have worked with ANR Event Services to have these questions removed.
The information will be shown on the screen, including registrant name, registration process, phone, email and individual columns for the selected special needs information. At the bottom of the report, you can also click on the link "Download Special Needs Report" to download the excel file.
