After working in a Japanese automotive parts company, Adelyn returned to MSU in order to pursue a career in natural resource management. Initially, Adelyn focused on increasing sustainability options and practices within the study abroad field for her Master's degree. Within the first year of her program, she changed her focus to pollinator habitat development and natural resource management in local parks. While at MSU, Adelyn also obtained a Pollinator Champion Certification through MSU Extension’s online Pollinator Champion course and a certification in the MSU Extension Conservation Stewards Program.
After graduating in 2019, Adelyn was hired by the Clinton Conservation District working with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) as a Conservation (CTAI) Program Assistant.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, orienteering, gardening, and nature photography.
