Byton is confident with hands-on experience in the fields of agricultural extension and rural development. He works as an agricultural extension officer with the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agricultural Extension Services in Malawi. He is determined to become a top development  expert after completing his Masters studies with CSUS. His areas of interest include agricultural extension teaching methods and agricultural program planning and development. He envisions impacting rural communities in developing countries to become empowered and self- sustained.
