Dawn Earnesty
Dawn Earnesty, PhD, is a Senior Extension Specialist at Michigan State University Extension, where she has served for 16 years. Dr. Earnesty leads evaluation efforts at MSU Extension, bringing expertise in program design, logic modeling, data collection methodologies, indicator development, data management and analysis, survey and tool design, dissemination, and project management. Her passion lies in stakeholder engagement, ensuring community voice is central to her work, along with a strong commitment to evaluation ethics. Dr. Earnesty earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University, her Master’s degree and completed her dietetic internship at Eastern Illinois University, and her PhD in Human Nutrition from Michigan State University.
